Why are your services priced in US Dollars (USD) if you are a UK-registered firm?
We are a global cross-border IP consultancy managing networks across Europe, the US, and Asia. Because we primarily serve international e-commerce sellers, Amazon FBA merchants, and startups from all over the world, all our legal services are standardly priced in US Dollars (USD) for international consistency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major global payment methods at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, and UnionPay. For high-value legal corporate accounts or custom litigation services, we can also accommodate direct bank transfers upon request. How long does a trademark application take from start to finish?
  • Pre-Filing Clearance Search: Completed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • CNIPA Processing & Registration: The total timeline from submission to final certification by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) typically takes 9 to 12 months.
Does your application fee include everything?
Yes. Our flat-rate pricing (such as our Executive Trademark Service) is completely all-inclusive. It covers our thorough clearance search, our internal management fees, our local Chinese attorney filing fees, and the official CNIPA registration government fees for your selected class. There are absolutely no hidden surprises.
Can someone register my brand behind my back in China?
Unfortunately, yes. China strictly operates under a "First-to-File" system. This means whoever applies for the trademark first legally owns it, regardless of who invented the logo or who has been selling under it internationally. If you do not proactively register your brand name, a supplier, competitor, or random squatter can legally claim your mark and block your manufacturing or supply chains.
What documentation do I need to provide to file?
To file your application smoothly with our partner attorneys, you only need to provide two items:
  1. If applying under a company: A clear digital scan of your official Company Certificate / Incorporation Document.
  2. If applying as an individual: A clear digital scan of your Passport or official ID.

Can my trademark application be rejected?
If your brand has a highly distinctive, unique name and our initial clearance search shows it does not conflict with an existing entry, there is generally no reason your application would be rejected. However, if CNIPA issues an unexpected office action or a third party files an objection, our dedicated legal network is equipped to manage the dispute on your behalf.
