Refund policy
If you want to cancel a service that has not yet been processed, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours after checkout.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business after a service has begun to process no refund of fees will be made after the commencement of services. For example, if we have conducted a pre-filing search and found an identical mark is already in the register, the fees for the pre-filing search will not be refunded. If we have already filed an application and the application is refused or objected by CTMO or any other party, there will be no refund of fees.
